Who We Are

Wellkept Group is a privately-owned, boutique real estate company based in Bucharest, Romania. Founded in 2005, it focuses on the development, investment and management of high-end properties.

Wellkept Group is selective in the projects it decides to undertake, picking only those it truly believes in. Through its endeavors, it is guided by a humanistic approach with both a strategic and creative mindset. 

Its strategic approach enables it to extract the highest financial value from its projects, maximizing occupancy and operating revenues, while its creative ways enable it to offer tailor made solutions for all its tenants. About us

Wellkept, trade name for WELLKEPT GROUP S.A., based in Bucharest, Calea Dorobanților 5-7, Sector 1, ROMANIA registered at ONRC under the number J40/6207/2005, CUI 17438154, will be called, in what follows, personal data operator.

Personal data will be collected and processed by Wellkept Group only to the extent permitted by General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (in short: GDPR).

What is personal data?

According to the definition provided in the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679: “personal data” means any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person (“the data subject“).

An identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification element (such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier), or to one or more specific elements, inherent to his physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity.

„The operator” is the one that establishes the purposes and means of personal data processing.

„Processing” means any operation performed on personal data such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, modification, extraction, consultation, use, restriction, migration, deletion or destruction thereof.

What data do we collect from you?

When you contact us, we will usually (but not necessarily) ask for the following personal data:

  • Name and surname
  • (optional) The name of the company
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address

When you visiting our website, in order to measure traffic through various professional tools (eg: Google Analytics), the following data will be processed (anonymously):

  • Anonymous data for statistics and site traffic measurement, collected through cookies.

Why do we collect this data?

Wellkept Group processes personal data for the purpose of signing contracts with customers or to send offers to customers who have clearly requested this.

What rights do you have over your data?

According to the General Regulation (EU) no. 679/2016, regarding the protection of personal data, the data subject has the following rights:

  • The right to information and access to personal data
  • The right to confirmation from the operator that the data is being processed
  • The right to rectification
  • The right to delete data
  • The right to restrict processing
  • The right to opposition – to oppose data processing in a specific situation
  • The right to address the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data (ANSPDCP) if these rights have been violated.

The customer/user has full control over this data and can (at any time) request a copy of the information collected by Wellkept Group or request the modification, deletion or migration of this information to another personal data operator by sending an email to: office@wellkept.ro

Who do we provide this data to?

Customer/possible customer contact details are kept exclusively in our internal database.

The anonymous data, collected through cookies, in order to carry out surveys and statistics will reach the providers of online traffic measurement services (eg: Google Analytics).

How long we store the data?

Personal data provided to Wellkept Group will only be deleted after the customer/user has requested it or after we consider that it no longer serves the original purpose for which it was collected.

If you have requested their deletion, the operation will be carried out as soon as possible.

We remind you once again that you can always request a copy of the information collected by Wellkept Group or you can request the modification, deletion or migration of this information to another personal data operator by sending an e-mail to the address: office@wellkept.ro

Cine suntem?

Wellkept, denumirea comercială a WELLKEPT GROUP S.A., cu sediul în București, Calea Dorobanților 5-7, Sector 1, ROMÂNIA, înmatriculata la ONRC sub nr. J40/6207/2005, CUI 17438154, este, în cele care urmează, operator de date cu caracter personal.

Datele cu caracter personal vor fi colectate și prelucrate de către Wellkept Group numai în măsura permisă prin Regulamentul General (UE) 2016/679 privind protecția persoanelor fizice în ceea ce privește prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal și privind libera circulație a acestor date (pe scurt: GDPR).

Ce sunt datele cu caracter personal?

Conform definiției oferite în Regulamentului General (UE) 2016/679: „datele cu caracter personal” reprezintă orice informație privind o persoană fizică identificată sau identificabilă („persoana vizată”).

Ce date colectăm de la dvs.?

De regulă, atunci când ne contactați, vom cere (dar nu obligatoriu) următoarele date cu caracter personal:

  • Nume și prenume
  • (opțional) numele companiei
  • Numărul de telefon
  • Adresa de e-mail

Atunci când sunteți la noi pe site, pentru a măsura traficul prin diverse instrumente profesionale (ex: Google Analytics), vor fi prelucrate (sub anonimat) următoarele date:

  • Date anonime pentru statistici și măsurarea traficului pe site, colectate prin intermediul cookie-urilor.

Pentru ce colectăm aceste date?

Wellkept Group prelucrează datele cu caracter personal în scopul încheierii contractelor cu clienții sau pentru a trimite oferte clienților care au solicitate, în mod clar, acest.

Ce drepturi aveți asupra datelor dvs.?

Conform Regulamentului General (UE) nr. 679/2016, privind protecția datelor cu caracter personal, persoana vizată are următoarele drepturi:

  • Dreptul de a se adresa Autorității Naționale de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP) în cazul în care aceste drepturi i-au fost încălcate.

Clientul/utilizatorul are control deplin asupra acestor date și poate cere oricând o copie a informațiilor colectate de către Wellkept Group sau poate să solicite modificarea, ștergerea sau migrarea acestor informații către un alt operator de date cu caracter personal printr-un e-mail la adresa: office@wellkept.ro .

Cui furnizăm aceste date?

Datele de contact ale clienților/posibililor clienți sunt păstrate exclusiv în baza noastră de date internă.

Datele anonime, colectate prin cookie-uri, în vederea realizării de sondaje și statistici vor ajunge către furnizorii de servicii de măsurarea a traficului online (ex: Google Analytics).

Pentru cât timp stocăm datele?
